CANCELLATION AND SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Service Cancellation:

1.1. The client can request the cancellation of a service with 24 hours' notice.
1.2. In case of cancellation before the scheduled service date, a 20% of the total cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
1.3. If the cancellation occurs on the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Refunds:

2.1. No refunds will be accepted for external causes, such as governmental decisions, weather conditions, health issues, or other factors beyond IV Sweet Drip's control.
2.2. In exceptional cases where IV Sweet Drip cannot provide the service, the option to reschedule the service for a future date will be offered.
2.3. If a service was not provided due to external agents (access denied), and the client did not consider rescheduling the date or offering a solution, they will not be eligible for any refund.
2.4. In situations where IV Sweet Drip cancels a service for internal reasons, the total cost of the service will be refunded to the client.

Cancellation Procedure:


3.1. The client must submit a written cancellation request through the communication channels provided by IV Sweet Drip.
3.2. IV Sweet Drip will confirm the cancellation and provide details regarding the refund, if applicable.

Changes in Service Date:
4.1. If the client needs to change the service date, a notification must be sent to IV Sweet Drip at least 48 hours in advance.
4.2. Date changes are subject to availability and could be subject to additional charges.
